Data Engineering and Knowledge Management is a research group within the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at La Trobe University.

With its key focus areas encompassing web and semi-structured data, new generation database technologies and environments, specialized domain data management, and data centric knowledge management, the main aim of the group is to combine fundamental research and system development that can serve as proof of research concepts as well as provide inputs to industry practices.
